Popup maker does not remember when not to show popup

    Hi. I have set cookies in popup maker, as far as I understand, it shouldn’t show popup again either if popup has been closed or contact form has been successfully sent.

    But for some reason, it shows no matter what. Any idea where can I start, what can I look into? Thanks.

    @trytis – Creating a cookie is only half the required setup, so likely you just need to edit the trigger and tell it to check for those cookies. If you look now it probably says “None” under the cookie column where it shows your popup triggers, that is what its checking currently, nothing ;).

    The cookies will already exist on any browser that already completed the needed actions, so simply correcting the trigger will fix it for everyone all at once.
