Popup Maker and WordPress tool ‘Erase personal data”

    Hi,

    There is a conflict between Popup Maker and the GDPR Tool that was implemented in WordPress ‘Erase personal data”.

    Wordpress gives the error that it is not able to find and delete personal data. When Popup Maker is deactivated, there is no problem.

    @arivain – We are tracking this issue, but unable to duplicate it ourselves during testing. I can tell you the only thing that makes since thus far is a PHP error during the AJAX request. Otherwise our deletion function returns the proper array keys that JS doesn’t seem to receive in your case.

    PS I wrote guides using our code as the example, many plugins using it, with exception to the guts that actually look up data to delete. So that has to be where the issue is, but we are not tracking any specific errors yet in there.

    Can you check your logs?
