Popup Limitation not working

    I have done everything correctly as documented but the popup keeps showing on every page and every time for the same viewer.

    This is what I set in the Advanced Tab:
    Popup showing limitation is: ON
    Popup showing Count is: 1
    Popup showing expiry: I tried both: 1 and 365
    Apply Option on each page: _ I tried both, checked and unchecked.

    Still the popup keeps appearing on every page and is quite annoying.

    Hi again dear @pesiunwalla ,

    We checked the website sent and the popup appeared just once, not more.

    If you wish the popup to open just once for the same viewer browsing different pages on the website, then the option “Apply Option on Each Page” should be unchecked. It should only be checked if you want the limitation to apply to each page separately and not site wide.
    Setting the expiry 365 will make the popup appear once a year and setting the expiry 1 will make the popup appear once daily.
    The important thing here is that the limitation works with the browser cookies. So, in case the viewer changes the browser/device, they will see the popup again.

    If you recheck the popup with the same browser and still see it, please, clear cache and cookies, reload the website once again and let us know if the limitation issue still persists.
