Popup keeps showing

  • Hi!
    I’ve downloaded YITH Newsletter Popup, but I have a problem. When I tick the “don’t show again” and close the popup, it appears every time I reload or refresh the page. How can fix this problem? Thanks!

    thanks for your reporting. Please, can you post a link where I can see the issue ? Thanks.

    Probably you have a cache issue, in this case you can try to clean the browser cachce by press CTR + F5 for 3/4 times.

    Hi,
    I have already tried to clear the cache, but the result is the same.

    Is it maybe because I am using W3 Total Cache Plugin?
