Popup issues

  • Hi there,

    I have an issue on my website

    Since I’ve installed Cookie plugin, customers can’t pay easly with Paypal.

    Sadly, most of the time Customers can’t subscribe a membership. Orders reamins on pending status.

    We tried to make a test but i can open the PayPal popup without problem.
    Could you describe us better the issue ?

    Hi Salvatore,

    the issues seems between Paypal and website, not at the first time.

    Issue is about some customers, about 30% of users.

    I cannot understand whats happens: some received a billing agreement issues, another group go forward but they orders still remains on pending status.

    Hi @mkbarraco, It is strange that the problem occurs with certain users, could you tell us exactly where the problem is? Is it the popup that is not working?

    Also, could you tell us if the problem occurs with certain products or orders?
