PopUp isn’t opening & Cookie Notice Text looks odd

    I use the option to show the PopUp even if it’s not necessary, but nothing happens.

    The Field with the editable Cookie Notice Text looks odd for the german Umlauts at the beginning and gets even more weird after every reload of the Page:

    Sofern Sie Ihre Datenschutzeinstellungen ??????ˉ????????????¤ndern m??????ˉ?????????????chten z.B. Erteilung von Einwilligungen, Widerruf bereits erteilter Einwilligungen klicken Sie auf nachfolgenden Button.

    hi @ohrpheus,

    ich habe den quelltext deiner page gecheckt – da wird das popup gar nicht erst gerendert. zus?tzlich sah ich dass du ein cache plugin nutzt. l?sche da den cache und versuche es nochmals.

    Hat leider nix gebracht. Ich sehe ja die nicht-gecacheten Seiten, solange ich angemeldet bin, aber selbst nach mehrmaligem L?schen aller Caches wird das PopUp nicht angezeigt…

    My written German is unfortunately a bit poor, so I will do this in English, I hope that is OK, if not, please feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best ??

    I’ve noticed you are requesting users open a ticket on your own platform (this is OK, whatever helps you provide good support is fine), but you are asking them to post their site login at the same time (this is not OK).

    Our support guidelines mention that you should never ask for access (nor should anyone ever offer access) to a site. This is not because we believe you have any ill intent, but it’s a rule in place to protect you and your users, as the moment you log into a users site, you may or may not be liable to any damages that occur after the fact.

    If you’re uncertain about the guidelines, we welcome you to chat about them in the #forums room on Slack.

    (I am posting this on both topics where the request for access was posted, as it applies to regular users who may think to offer it as well.)

    thanks for understanding that our basic idea is to help our users. we won’t ask for credentials any more in future.

    Problem war ein JS Fehler eines anderen Plugins/Widgets welcher die Ausführung derLogik des Popups dann blockierte.
