Popup is not showing on mobile when Admin cookie

    Hello,

    The PopUp is showing on PC and mobile in incognito mode, showing too on others devices mobile (tested 2 reals) on 2 others browsers connected on other account linked to the Cookies Admin.

    But when it is a Admin who maybe got the Cookie on browser, the PopUp on mobile do not want to come up, its really weird.

    Nop cache Plugin, I already tested to clear all the caches, CSS/JS too but I think its a cookie problem.

    What do you think ?

    I am not sure I understand the problem you are experiencing.
    Please let us know whether the popup can’t be displayed on the mobile version when you are logged in or not.

    If we understand your request incorrectly, please clarify the problem you are experiencing more in detail for a better understanding.

    Also, please provide us with the following info for further investigation of your case.

    1. The link, where the given popup is enabled and can’t be opened.
    2. The Popup Box plugin version you are using.
    3. The PHP version you are using.
    4. The screenshots of the options of the General, Settings, and Limitation Users tabs so that we can check the settings configuration.
    5. A short video or screenshots where the given problem can be displayed.

    I have a similar problem, but now I deleted the demo pop up, but still show in mobile.

    Then I publish a new pop up and does not show nothing.

    Some Info:

    Thanks for your reply.

    We checked and noticed that you are using a Cache plugin.

    It is not possible for you to delete the popup and it will appear again on your website.
    The problem comes from the Cache generated on your site.

    So, please <strong>clear all the caches</strong> and make sure the cache is <strong>excluded</strong> on the page where the given popup is enabled.
    After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the <strong>Incognito mode or another browser/device.</strong>
