    My site says the popup has been published, however, it isn’t showing for me. I tried multiple browsers and cleared cache. What’s the problem?

    It looks like the campaign is published from our app, but it hasn’t been published in the OptinMonster WordPress plugin yet.

    Would you navigate to the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns screen and change the campaign status there before testing again?

    If you’re using caching on your site please clear that after publishing as well.

    I’m having the same problem. The campaign is published from the plugin and the configuration within Optinmonster. I’d cleared the cache and cookies and edited how often the campaign was supposed to run before I published it. I still get the same message to clear my cookies. I also tested in incognito and the popup didn’t work at all. I don’t know what further troubleshooting steps to take.
