Popup is not displayed

As to the first point, at the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of feature available for usage.

By the?way, thank you very?much for your suggestion.?All suggestions are welcomed and mutually beneficial for all of us.?
We will let you know in case there is an update in this regard in the future.?

As to the second point, we have checked and didn’t notice any issue in this regard.?
Most presumably, the popup was opened once, after which, the cookie was applied due to which the popup can’t be?displayed anymore.?

So, please provide us with screenshots of the options of the?“General”,?“Settings”, and “Limitation Users” tabs for further investigation.?

Also, please clarify how?exactly you enable the popup and it can’t be displayed step-by-step. The popup must be opened?once and not be displayed for the remaining times.?

My intention is to create a welcome popup.

With the help of the “Display once per session” option, you can determine the?interval between the popup sessions in minutes.?
With the help of the “Display popup once per user” option, you can display the popup once per visitor.

Hi,

I had this problem too and solved it by creating a duplicate popup. The first (Display popup once per user = true) is set to fire once per user, the second (Display popup once per user = false) is set to fire from the button. It works for me.
