    Hey,
Ignore first error it is from site.
    Sorry for that.

I have absolutely the same issue – TypeError: jQuery.sendFormPps is not a function

I contacted the support on the 16th of April.
The response was very quick, but I was asked to give admin access, which I am reluctant to do.

I’ve been ‘bumping’ the support since then with no response…

    Hello.
In most of such cases – users often re-define standard jquery library – in their themes. Please check – and make sure that you have not included jquery lib from somewhere else except your WordPress site.
    What about 500 error on:
    1. “NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error
I just can’t tell you too much here – as this error in some external URL that I think is not connected with our plugin.

    Supsystic support – totally right.

I had PageFair tracker in my theme – it loaded Jquery, which was causing the problem.

Removing the line of code resolved the issue.

    Thank you!

Hi guys. I am getting the same error on my website (The Popup doesn’t show up), so could you please provide me some feed back here. I have basic knowledge of php, html and css so feel free to guide me.
BTW i am using a child theme with custom header.php, if this changes something. ??
    Here is my site OnlyPureNature
    Thanks.

    Hello.
Yes, you have some JavaScript errors on your site. I think they are connected with minify functionality that you are using. Try to disable it.
