popup hidden by header

  • Hi, I have installed Klaviyo and integrated with my woocommerce store on wordpress, and I have activated an newsletter signup popup. When it pops up, it is partially hidden under the website header. It’s not possible to scroll up or down to see the pop up, which makes it useless. Is anyone able to help?

    @fionah77 it would be hard to solve your issue without actually visiting your site and seeing it firsthand, do you mind filing a support ticket with Klaviyo Support as described here ?

    I am having this same issue. I tested two popups and decreased my header size, but neither changed the overlap. I’ve had to disable the plugin so I can continue to get email sign-ups.
