Popup Hanging on signup

    Hi,

    I have a client complaining that the popup hangs when trying to submit his email and just gets stuck on “waiting”. I can’t recreate this problem and it is working fine for me on my browsers and computers. Any ideas?

    Could you, please, specify what browsers is the problem on?

    It is Chrome. I am not near the client, as they are many hours away and they insist that this is happening even though I cannot recreate it on any computer or browser. They said they put in their email and it says “waiting”. And it in Chrome. I suggested he update Chrome. We’ll see what happens
