Your premium sup needs the account that I bought the plugin with and right now I don’t have access to it cuz it’s in my brother’s laptop and the laptop is dead at the pc store they’re trying to fix it, so please help me here there’s no different if I post it here or on our premium website I care about fixing the problem not making accounts in all websites just to contact someone and then tell me go sign up there and open a new ticket

You can access your account from any device as long as you remember it or can recover it. Logging in to our website and posting tickets, I believe, are independent of the PC, and what we require you to confirm as a verified user because you are using a premium vers, it is compulsory so please recover your account to be assisted with this problem.
