Popup form displays at bottom of content instead of as a pop up

    Hi, I’ve had a popup subscription form for a while now and the past week I’ve noticed that it doesn’t show up as a popup form anymore, it just displays at the bottom of the homepage. This happens on desktop and mobile. I’ve tried creating a new popup form, but it has the same issues.

    Also, in the email input field, I have chosen to show the label within the input box, but now it shows both in the input box and right before it. This is also a change that I’ve noticed in the last week or so. Before that the label only showed in the input box. I have this same issue with the subscription form in the widget area to the right of the content. I would like for the label to only show in the input box.

    I have turned off the popup form for now.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I would have loved to access your website so view the popup but you mentioned you’ve turned off the popup. I can also see your website is experiencing some database connection issues at the moment.

    However, can you confirm if you’re using the latest version of the MailPoet plugin?

    Can you kindly clear your cache and try viewing your popup again? if that doesn’t work I will suggest you test this again by running a conflict test: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

    Hi, sorry for my late reply. There were some WordPress updates recently and both issues that I mentioned is working now. So, I guess that means it’s fixed.
