Popup for password disappearing immediately

  • Hi,

    If you click Download on any of a locked file with a password, the popup shows for few milliseconds and disappear immediately, in the link I shared see the Color Cards category files for example.

    Can you please help us with the reason and the way to solve this?

    Your theme has its own Bootstrap CSS/js which is conflicting with WordPress Download Manager’s Bootstrap CSS/js. Disable plugin Bootstrap from Downloads >> Settings >> Basic page. That should fix this issue.
