Hi @ravanh, Can you please check? Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Hi, an interesting case.

This effect is (probably) caused by the fact that the opening of the screen keyboard is seen as a change in view port size. This triggers a resizing and repositioning of the light box. I’m afraid there is not much that can be done about that except in the Pro version where you can activate the Metadata option and then pass {autoResize:false} parameter in the link class. But even then it’s not guaranteed to solve the issue. I’ll have to test it…

And I’ll consider adding this as an option for inline content and iframes to prevent the effect when long forms are embedded on small screen touch devices.

@ravanh Thanks for your quick reply. Can you please test the pro version and let us know that this issue has not happened in the pro version. so we will purchase the pro version thanks

I’m not completely sure if I have been able to replicate the issue so I’ve put up a little test page with a long form in a light box here https://demo.status301.net/easy-fancybox-sandbox/close-contact/

There are two links “open myform”, please test them both and let me know if: 1. the first one is a replication of your issue and 2. the second one does not suffer that issue anymore…

Great, Is this autoresize=false keep the popup responsive?

Only on first opening the popup. After that, when resizing the browser window while the popup is open, it will no longer adapt it’s size or position. So on mobile if the user taps a form field and the screen keyboard opens up, or if he/she turns from portrait to landscape, the popup will not respond to the changes (anymore).
