    I have set the Popup Expiry time to 1 day. Yet when I do the website on a different day, I do not see the pop up. What’s wrong?

  • Hello,

    When you set popup expiry time to 1 day it will expire after 1 day.

    e.g:- now the user will see the popup first time then close the popup so the browser cookie store the 1-day expiry time like user have close this popup and this will not show again for 1 day after 1 day this popup again will show.

    Please check your popup in another browser or private window(incognito mode).
