PopUp Elementor don′t work

Hello everybody. I hope you can help me…
When trying to create a Pop Up the screen is blocked and the table of tools on the left keeps loading infinitely … Finally I can not do anything. It only happens with Pop Up, the other templates I can do without problems. I have another website and I can create Pop Up without problems, but not on this one …
It is something wrong with Elementor? I don’t want to update it because then other elements fail me, I already tried it.
