popup don’t work with Apache sécurity for admin

Please, add the following code to your htaccess file to exclude the Ajax calls:

<files wp-ajax.php>
Order Allow,Deny
Allow from all
Satisfy any
</files>

I copy this but that don’t take effet !
the appache window appear yet !

I had tried in .htacces in root and so i /wp-admin !

What’s wrong ?
