Popup doesn’t work on mobile menu only

  • Hello. I can’t get our one pop-up to work from the mobile menu only. It’s the “Request A Call” button on the end of the menu bar. Works perfectly on desktop, doesn’t work on mobile ONLY from the menu – when linked “on click” in the body of the page, the popup works on mobile perfectly.

    Here’s what my settings look like:

    Note: Though there are no errors on the Javascript console, I have tried disabling all plugins – still same issue – and I have also tried it with and without having selected the popup in the “Select A Popup” drop-down in the menu settings. Same results no matter what.

    Thanks for bringing the issue to us.
    So, we have checked the mentioned button both on mobile and desktop and saw the popup on both cases:
    1. https://prnt.sc/11smyro: on Desktop
    2. https://prnt.sc/11smzem on Mobile

    May we know if this was the popup that needed to show up?
    In case it is, please, try to use the incognito mode when checking the popup from mobile, since it can be a cache issue.
