Popup doesnt work at all…

What rules you are using? Would you please send me a screenshot? Also, make sure you activate the popup.

Also, would you please try other method instead of External Load?

First of all, I’m glad to say today for some reason the plugin made some progress… However, for some odd reason it only displays a small box with a square. This proves to be quite a dilemma for me. ]

PS: Im really excited for when I am fully able to use this plugin.

Also im using just the not logged-in rule… and i have tried all the methods/loading methods like custom load.

Glad you got the popup to actually display, the rules and loading methods are obviously working at this point so that shouldn’t be a problem henceforth.

Could you let us know what the contents of the popup are?

Could you try using something simple, just some “Hello!” text?
