    Hi!

    Do you have the form enabled on your site? I can’t see it from my end. Please make sure it’s enabled so we can take a look at it.

    On the other hand, based on the screenshot you sent, I can’t see anything wrong with the form. Could you please specify what’s the issue you’re facing?

    What I want is that the popup is in the middle of the page, not at the bottom of the page

    Ah, right. Right now, that’s how the pop-up is designed to work on mobile devices, so that’s the expected behavior.

    If you want to change how it looks on mobile, it’s possible only by editing its CSS.
