Popup doesn't show up

  • Hello!

    First of all, I would like to say thank you for such a useful Plugin.

    However I have a problem with the displaying of the popup – it doesn’t show up, I checked it on 3 different devices and browsers. The popup is active and it also indicates that it has been viewed 1 time, thought there were more visitors on the website than that.

    Can the plugin be in conflict with any other plugins or settings on the website?

    Hi!
    Please tell me what plugins you have installed after the popup worked and before you noticed that it stopped work?
    And try to clear cache.
