Popup doesn’t show to guests

    Hello,

    The Popup is supposed to show once, during the Checkout page, to guests and logged in users, but not to Wholesale costumers. I have the “Display for guests” ticked, and all the roles but wholesale selected on the “Dispaly for certain user roles” but it doesn’t show for guests. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that the guests don’t have any roles. The users who have any roles are logged-in users.

    The fact that you created a custom role and named it Guests, doesn’t actually make those users guests.

    So, in order the popup can be displayed for the guests as well, please untick the Display for certain user roles option. Then, check the case in that way.

    But, if I untick the user roles option, I can’t avoid showing the popup to wholesale costumers…

    Thanks but I think I solved it – I just duplicated the popup – one for logged in users with specific roles and one just for guests.

    Glad to hear that the problem has been solved for you.

    We discussed the case with our Product Management Team and decided to do the following.?
    We decided to transfer the Display for certain user roles option as a suboption for the Display for logged-in users option.?

    By this, the Guests’ part will work separately and will not depend on this.?
