Popup doesn’t show anymore when successfully submitted the form from the popup

    Click btn-> Popup shows-> Enter form-> Successfully submitted-> auto closes form-> Need to click again the btn-> Popup doesn’t show anymore

  • Dear @johnpp12,

    If you are referring to our Subscription popup type, then this is how it’s set up to work.
    The popup doesn’t appear for the users that are already subscribed to your list (submitted the form).
    This configuration is for protecting the website from spam. So the same email can be added to your list only once.

    Sorry, you can’t make the Subscription popup appear more than once for the already subscribed users.
