Popup doesn’t open via button once submitted

    Hi, I have a couple of issues with the plugin.

    1) The popup doesn’t open again via button once submitted.
    2) Popup stuck in submitted mode when opened again via the button.

    Can you please help?

    Could you please provide us with access to the staging site as it is password protected? Also, which specific button are you using to trigger the popup to be opened?

    Hi Jonathan,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I have sent the details via the secure form and the button is in the footer labelled as ‘Join Now’.
