Popup Doesn’t Display

Once again, I’m at a loss. I changed the image in a working pop-up, and now the pop-up is not appearing. This image should appear in a centered pop-up on all pages after 500ms.

Tweaked some other things while troubleshooting, but bottom line is previews great but doesn’t appear.??Screenshot of settings. Any ideas?
