Hello, first I would like to thank you for the plugin, it is very useful and very good.
Unfortunately I am having the following problem, all the popups I create do not load any image. I even used a ready-made model and then immediately activated it, but even this one the image was not loaded. What to do?

For tests, you can access redundant link deleted Right from the start you will load the popup, but without the image.

@lucaspedr0 just checked your site and looks like your popup does not have any image element. Did you remove the image element? If not, did you clear the Hummingbird cache after updating the popup?

    Thanks

Ah, I had deactivated the image block momentarily, but I already reactivated it, I didn’t think the support would be so fast. Currently the image is active, and if I inspect with the chrome tools the image block is there, the image link too, but it is not loaded.

@lucaspedr0 Just checked your site again, and saw the issue. it could be a plugin conflict.

To find out which plugin is causing this issue,

    1. first clear the plugin’s cache and browser cache
    2. and then disable all the plugins.
    3. load your frontpage and clear the browser cache and see if the images show up.
    4. If it does, try activating the plugins few bunch at a time and find out enabling which plugin causes the issue.
    5. If you find the plugin, let us know here, so we can try to make that plugin compatible with Brave Popup Builder.

    Thanks

I found the error !!! It is a function of SMUSH, an image compression plugin, which enables the lazy load of images on the website. There is an option to disable the lazy load in the plugin but it does not work properly, I had to disable the lazy load on the entire site and it worked perfectly.

Anyway, I will test calmly during the night, activating the function slowly. That way I test what exactly is causing this error.

    Thank you for your help!

@getbrave Please don’t put ?filter=5 in your review links, it hides the non-5 star reviews from the person who uses that link and that’s not being completely honest. That’s not necessary as the stars default to 5 for all new reviews. The reviewer would manually need to change it to something other than 5 if they wanted to.

I’ve removed that part and now they’ll see the actual reviews and not just the 5 star ones.

Sorry. We did not know about this rule. We will keep that in mind.

@lucaspedr0 We just released a new version. After updating the plugin to this version. You can go to Smush lazy loading settings page and add this .brave_element_img_item to fix this issue.

Let us know whether it works or not.

    Thanks

Hi, I tested it, but it doesn’t work, but Smush’s Lazy Load is still in the testing phase, I believe it is not working 100% yet. I activated the Jetpack’s lazy load and it works perfectly. I’ll keep it that way for now, it has worked well for me.
