Popup does not appear

Are you sure its not the the current popup? Are you using any cache plugin?

I’m using Hummingbird for cache management, the popup is working, but I want to disable it, but as can be seen on the dashboard screen, the popup does not appear, the popup I want to delete is the “CRC warning”, which can be seen on link below, still exists, just is not displayed.

I believe it is due to the fact that he does not have any active campaigns that are not being shown on the dashboard.

Could be a cache issue. Can you please follow these steps:

1. Clear the Hummingbird cache and see if the popup is disabled.
2. If not, try disabling the Hummingbird plugin and see if its gone, if it is, enable the plugin again.
3. If the popup still shows, try disabling Brave and then enable it again.

Hello, I tried the 3 steps, but the popup still doesn’t appear on the plugin’s dashboard. How do I reset the brave plugin to factory defaults? I believe that by clearing all the data, I will be able to delete that popup.

@lucaspedr0 Ok, try this:

1. Go to Plugins > Plugin Editor and select Brave Popup from the dorpdown list on top right corner and click “Select”
2. Then click the “lib” folder and select post-type_popup.php file

and replace this line:
'show_in_menu' => false,
with this:
'show_in_menu' => true,

and update the file.

3. Now refresh the page and you will see a new menu called “Popups” appeared under the “Comment” menu.
4. Click the Popup Menu and see if the popup is listed there. If it is listed there, remove it.
5. Finally go to Plugins editor again and revert the change you made in step 2.

I did what you instructed but I was unable to delete the popup, and the “popup” menu did not appear below the “comments” menu, if you want to send me an email I will release a user for you to access the dashboard of my website and perform the testing and manually exclusion.
