PopUp Disrupts NextGen gallery

Once I disable PopUp, the galleries work fine.

Are you getting 404 errors on all pages or any specific?

Could you please share me the page link where you are facing galleries/albums loading issue so that i can troubleshoot it?

Are you using the following free version of NextGEN Gallery plugin?

I only had 404 errors on the page which was the place-holder for the master gallery. It would then take you to different albums and galleries.

The direct link to each gallery would not work either.

I am using the Pro version of NextGen.

I had to deactivate the PopUp plugin as our business relies heavily on the galleries, otherwise I would provide links.

As you have said that the recent update of this plug-in causes 404 errors then could you please try using older version of WordPress PopUp plugin by downloading it from the following page and check whether it works for you or not?

Thanks for reporting this compatibility issue. We did check the plugin and found the code that caused the 404 errors!

There will be a bugfix in the next release 4.6.1.2
Until the new version is released you can use the previous release 4.6 (the problem-part was added in 4.6.1.1)

I haven’t had time to do any site work, so I haven’t reverted yet to the previous version. I’m glad I could help with the bug error. While I will revert to the previous version, do you have a rough ETA for the new version?

The developers are working around the clock to get it release soon but sorry i can’t publish exact ETAs to prevent disappointment if a deadline is missed, it can be released any time shortly.

In the meanwhile you can use previous working version of plugin.
