Popup displaying page content not custom content

Same here, only for pages created with siteorigin page builder.

Hi @melachlanfcom,

Can you tell us you’re using any page builders and which theme are you using?

Can you try switching to default WP theme and disabling your other plugins so we can see if there are any conflicts on that end.

@mikedgr @solroed can you please start your own threads per forum rules and tell us more about your setup and what happens if you disable your plugins and use default WP theme.

Yes i’m using siteorigin page builder. My site is live so unfortunately i cant disable or change themes ?? Ill try to recreate the problem on a staging site.

We had a simple but functioning pop-up on our site but we had to switch to Hustle. Now we are having the same problems as mentioned in the prior posts. In preview mode, the pop-up looks fine but when activated (and if it actually appears) it is a mess on our website page and primarily shows content from one of our web pages on the extremely large pop up.

Thanks for the additional info, we were able to replicate the issue with SiteOrigin page builder and the issues has been reported to our developers.

@wordytoo are you using any page builder yourself?

I have the same problem with Hustle and PageBuilder plugins.
If I want to show popup on the page which is created using PageBuilder, PopUp shows page content, not popup content.

Since this is very urgent for my client, what I need to do?
