PopUp – Cookie version

First of all thanks for this plugin. It was exactly what I was looking for and I can confirm that it works with wordpress 4.9.2

If would be amazing if for the next version, you could add a field where I can set a version which allows me to overwrite (or better create) a new version of the cookie.

For now, if I make changes they only become visible ones to current cookie expires. It would be good to be able to make changes and create a new cookie so those changes will be immediately visible to all customers.
