We’re using the Popup Maker and an embedded Gravity Forms form for entering a contest. We set the ‘cookie’ to Form Submission so that they wouldn’t be asked to enter again. However, now the popup tells everyone that they’ve already submitted and doesn’t display the form. I’ve tried wiping out the cookie, creating a new one, flushing the entire cache multiple times, even creating a new popup. It STILL shows that display ( see screenshot HERE ). Initially the popup worked fine. Then one person completed it and now it continually displays this message. Please advise, thank you!

Hi, thank you for the response. I think I found the issue and it was related to the Gravity Forms form settings and not the plugin. We used one of their ‘templates’ for a contest submission and one of the settings was ‘how many times can the form be submitted’ which we entered ‘1’ with the understanding that was per person. It wasn’t. It was the total for all submissions. So, when the first person submitted it, it made it unavailable for all those coming afterward. We removed that setting and now the popup is working fine.
