    Greetings:

I’m working on a site on which I’ve installed your popup plugin to display portions of a long list. These are html popups which include image, text, and a table with hyperlinks, and they’re working fine on desktop (so far I’ve tested Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and on iPhone iOS, but they’re not scrolling on iOS Safari for iPad. Can you advise?

    Many thanks!

    Dear @kmuth,

We’ve responded to your ticket. ??
We solved the problem with the close button, giving the popup max width and max height.
Testing on iPad is in process.

    Best regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

Yes, reducing the default height solved the ‘close’ button issue on small mobile screens. Thank you!

I’ve now tested on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome for iPad, and none scroll popup content. Again, working perfectly on other devices.
