Popup comments almost working

I’m using popup comments, and the page loads fine when you first click on “comments.” But when one tries to actually enter a comment, and hits the submit button, the window refreshes with the index page instead of the small comments page.

I’ve searched the forum, and I can’t find any answers to this particular program. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
