Popup closing when clicking on any area

  • Hello, is anyone experiencing a problem with the popup closing when clicking on any area?

    It was working normally until yesterday … today it started with this problem. I didn’t update any plugins, I didn’t update anything, and this problem just started.

    The problem only on the desktop.

    Sorry for the delay … the chrome and firefox browsers, updated and started having this problem. In the Opera browser, there is no such problem.

    It looks like it’s conflicting with another plugin.

    You are kindly check by trying to switch the theme you’re using to the Storefont theme by Automatic team to check. Besides that you can turn off other plugins or activate each plugin one by one by yourself to find out which plugin is not compatible with our plugin. My guest is that our plugins is not compatible with your theme or our plugin.

    If you’re using the free version of our plugin, then sorry we can’t do anything more in this case since it’s an issue from a third-party plugin or theme without asking you to update our plugin to the latest version ,
