Popup closing automatically after submitted the signup form

  • Hi Team.

    I have integrating your maichimp plugin with this popup plugin in local setup. I have facing a problem that the popup is automatically closing after submitted the signup form. Its not showing successfully registered mesage to the user. After Reloaded the page(after form submission) if I click the hyperlink submit button, then only its showing the success message.

    I already set no option in “close popup after signup” on mainchimp wp plugin.

    What causing this issue?

    Please note, there is no “close popup after signup” option in our “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin. Can you please share a screenshot of the settings page? (You can do so by creating a screenshot and emailing us at “support @ scrolltriggeredboxes.com”

    Also, please note, the free version of “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin does not offer AJAX form submission. Due to this when someone submits the form, the entire page would be refreshed which means the pop-up would be closed.

    Hi, I am having he same issue. The pop up box closes before the user can see that their attempt to subscribe was successful or failed.

    As my colleague mentioned, the free version of “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin does not offer AJAX form submission. So when the form submits, the page will be refreshed which means the pop-up will be closed.

    If you share a link to your website where we can find the pop-up we can confirm if this is the case.
