    Hi ezoodeen,
    thanks for reaching out.
    Donation Platform for WooCommerce uses the following event listener to detect hash changes: window.onhashchange . It seems like one of your other plugins or your theme is messing with this event listener and prevents it from executing. Dan you please deactivate your plugins one by one to determine which plugin is breaking the event listener?

    Other than that, how can I customise text button if I use the default button?

    Thanks for your reply. This feature is currently not available out of the box. But I just implemented it. As soon as the new version of the plugin is available in a couple of weeks (v1.3.0) you can use the shortcode attribute ‘label’ to change the text of the popup button ??
