PopUp button not displaying

    I am using genesis framework with the free version of ninjaforms.

    After following the steps provided here, I can’t get the popup to display properly on page.

    When I use the shortcode provided by the addon it doesn’t display anything on page.

    At the customizer it says to use #mypopup and .mypopup classes. I lookup the preview of my popup customizer and this is the html:

    (a) href=”#preview-nf-popup”>Open popup (/a)

    I tried to use this aproach on page, it displays the text “Open popup” but it doesn’t pop anything when clicked. Where do I have to place the shortcode? I replaced #preview-nf-popup and preview-popup-link with #mypopup and .mypopup respectively but nothing happens.

    Can someone please help?
