I have the free version of Popup Builder, and wondering if either it or if I upgrade to paid version, would be able to create a contact list that would include ALL the forms filled out on my site. If someone fills out the contact form (Jetpack) at the bottom of my page, it isn’t added to the popup builder list. The only thing on the Popup Builder list are contacts that filled out the popup form. If Popup Builder doesn’t have that capability, is there a plugin you know that will connect these 2 form sources, (Jetpack form and Popup Builder form) together to create a single email list? And hopefully have the capability to email using that same plug in, so I wouldn’t need to copy those emails and paste to send emails. Thanks so much! Also, last time I tried to manually input a contact into Popup Builder it sent a red error and didn’t work…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear @hometocottage ,

    Thanks for reaching out.
Let us explain to you, how the plugin works.
If you use a custom form inside our HTML popup, all the subscribers will be collected at the account, the form of which you are using.
In case you use the free version of the subscription popup, all the information about the subscribers will be kept in the All subscribers section under your Popup Builder menu.
You can just export the contacts and import them to the service you use as well for collecting the subscribers.
When having the pro version, we have integrations with some of the mailing services, that allow you to collect the subscribers on both places, but the JetPack is not in the integration list.
If you have more questions about the pro version, please, contact us via Live Chat, since it is not allowed to discuss the pro features in this forum.
