Popup Bug

Hi! I’m making a popup to my website through Elementor but when i go adjust the popup in the responsive mode, i enter in the plugin in my website and the popup opens just like it’s in the desktop mode. I don’t know if i’m forgetting to do something but i can’t fix. What can i do?
