Hello, I has been using your blocks, they’re pretty good!. I just found the Popup block animation setting do not takes any effect in the frontend site. I took a look into the demo page and also I didn’t see it working there.

Debugging a little bit it seems the animation doesn’t get applied because the modal container gets a display: none; instead of waiting until the animation finish.

    Thank you!

    Hello, thank you for responding.

I followed the steps to regenerate the assets and also removed the component from the page and recreated it, but I still do not see the animation. I also tried with version 4.5.7, which is the version mentioned in the changelog where the issue was supposedly fixed.

If you want to take a look, this is the link where you can see the issue, just click into the first carousel image:

    Thanks in advance!.

    Hi Luis,

Greetings. We’ve rechecked that with our DEV team.

It seems that you’re using an External Element. For external elements, the animation won’t work. Please set the animation on your slider block (which is not ours) instead of the popup block.

In the meantime, you can also share the screen recording of the full process of how you’ve set the animation. This will allow us to assist you appropriately.

    Thank you.
