Try disabling merging CSS and JS files in the minification settings

Unable to find these setting in updated plugin. And for minification I use auto-optimize plugin.

In this case, reset the Clearfy settings and enable one at a time, checking the popup.

But this will take a lot of time ..can you suggest to me from the screenshot which might occur the issue?

Enable the REST API Links. The plugin even has a red notification that this option can break other plugins.
