  • Dear @cece101 ,

    Thanks for reporting.

Please, enable the **Debug Mode** so our support team can check what the issue is.
Follow the steps below to achieve this.
    1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
    2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”.
    3. Click “Save Changes”.

P.S. Make sure to have the Popup Builder plugin’s latest version activated so you can have the Debug Mode feature available.

Thanks for the reply. I have enabled debug mode.

    Dear @cece101 ,

Thanks for getting back to us.
So, we have checked the website and noticed, that along with the On Click event, you have also an On Load event for the popups.
May we ask you to remove the on Load event and leave only on Click event, please?

After, please, clear the cache and check again.
Let us know if that helped.

Yes I see that too and I am now fixing this. It’s pretty weird because I set this up many months ago WITHOUT the page load prompt, only the click prompt. It had been working fine. Hhhmmm. Thanks.

    Dear @cece101 ,

Thanks a lot for letting us know.
We are glad the issue is solved now.
Please, just let us know, in case you will have any other issues.
