popup appears 1 sec, then gone, in mobile

    users reporting that in mobile mode, popup appears for 1 sec, then disappears. rule is ‘if mobile is set to true’, show topleft, 5% of page height (timer didn\t seem to work)

    Popup #2 works fine on full screen pages/posts. (same domain)

    I had to create a rule for #2 to NOT show on mobile, because 2 popups were appearing on mobile devices.

    Please advise – domain can be sent via private email.
