    Hi,

    I got issue where once open popup (succesfully), after close it there is no way to open again. Here’s part of code:

    <map name="Map" id="Map">
      <area target="_self" alt="Lokal 1" title="Lokal 1" href="#elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%20settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjM3NyIsInRvZ2dsZSI6dHJ1ZX0%3D" coords="959,225,1000,268,999,307,1044,286,1040,251,997,203,933,216,945,223" shape="poly" />

    After click on this area, address is changing adding popup URL (in this example adding to example.com -> example.com/#elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%20settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjM3NyIsInRvZ2dsZSI6dHJ1ZX0%3D )

    Popup has set: condition to be open on all pages and trigger on 1 click.

    Hope to get solution quickly ??

    BTW. great plugin ??

    Hi,

    Is there any URL where we can take a look?

    About the URL being changed, can you try using < a > tag instead of <area>?

    As for the popup appeared only once, have you checked the display conditions, and advanced rules of your popup? Perhaps you have a configuration to make the popup only appears once per page reload.

    Regards

    Yeah, I think it’s related how Elementor original script that detects any trigger action.

    Anyway, glad you have resolved it!

    Elementor works fine with scripts – the main reason was additional elementor module “Advanced tab” from “Essential Addons for Elementor plugin” – this same was happening with default tab module of elementor.

    While the script was putted into tab, it was not working UNTIL the window has been resized – then script fires and was working (but not in right place, areas was not correctly marked).

    I fail to trigger the popup from external links. EG I want people to click the link from an email and so it opens the pop up with a rebate for x item.

    is that possible?

    I think that’s not how this plugin works. The link provided by this plugin will work on any anchor link (<a href="...">) outside the Elementor area. For example: links inside widgets, navigation menu, or main content.

    If you want to open a popup from external link, I think you should configure the “Advanced Rules” of the popup.

    thanks. Yea It is not supported to open popup with an url, so I can’t trigger it from an email link :/

    Actually, in the Elementor popup’s “Advanced Rules” you can set whether to open your popup if “arriving from from specific URL” and “show when arriving from”. You might be able to do it using those rules.

    Same issue for me. I created a popup and didn’t set any triggers, trying to use one of the buttons to open/close it. Popup opens only once and once closed, I can never bring it back.
    I tried it in Chrome and Mozilla – disabled all additional plugins and reinstalled Elementor – no result.
    The only time it actually works as needed is when I click “Preview” while editing page and then it opens and closes multiple times as needed. But when I open that page separately – it only opens once. It feels like it’s an Elementor bug.

    @stmalk have you activated “Avoid multiple Popups”? There’s a bug. See
    https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/8189#issuecomment-495256049

    I had the same issue, and I found out that turning on the “Avoid Multiple Popups” option in Popup Settings => Advanced causes the issue.

    Can you please fix this?

    Thanks!
