    Problem with popup and widget after accepting, the popup doesn’t appear correctly when I click on cookie settings. And after accepting all cookies the widget to return to consent is not maintained

    There is a chat widget overlapping the banner on your site. To find out the root cause of the issue we would require the site health data as well.

    Could you share the site info?. You can get it from WordPress Tools menu > Site Health > Info section. You can share it privately via this link.
