Popup age verification

I set up an age verification pop up. However, I’m having trouble configuring the pop up. I want it to show up only every hour, but I also need it to always show up when a user selects “no” and then hits the back button within a browser. I tried following the lock content instructions, but I still can’t get it to work. Can you help me?
