Popup After Gravity Forms Submission

Thank you for getting in touch, and we’re sorry the popup did not show after Gravity Forms submission.

We made a test, but the popup shows after form submission.

It looks like there is a CSS conflict on your site.

I appreciate your help.
I fixed the CSS, still its not working.
My trigger is
> Add New Trigger
> What kind of trigger do you want?
> Form Submission

>Form Submission Trigger Settings
Any Supported Form

Please let me know if its the correct trigger? Do i need to correct it?

In Form Submission Trigger Settings, you need to specify which form listed under Gravity Forms should trigger the popup.

It should be listed under Gravity Forms like this (example shows forms under a different integrated plugin): https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quGBb7E

Yes, you need to select the popup in your specific Gravity Form too.

With above settings it never worked for me. Still Popup is not showing after form submission.

In your Popup Maker settings, you selected “test form”. Is this the name of your Gravity Form?
