Populating Hidden Fields in MailChimp

Hi

I have some hidden fields I’d like populating so I can record where the user signed up form

I have added the following to the Hidden Fields dialog box

<input type=”hidden” name=”SOURCE” value=”WEBSITE”>

The signup form displays correctly, but on sign up it will take me to the MailChimp sign up for and say there are errors on the form.
